1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase (invoice).
- Exclusions: Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, and intimate apparel.
2. Return Process
- Request a Return: Log in to your account or contact support@maxsshoppers.com.
- Approval: We’ll review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and include the RA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Inspection: Returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds processed within 14 business days after approval.
3. Refund Methods
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
4. Damaged/Defective Items
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/video evidence via email.
- Free replacement or full refund provided.
