1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase (invoice).
  • Exclusions: Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, and intimate apparel.

2. Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Log in to your account or contact support@maxsshoppers.com.
  2. Approval: We’ll review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the product and include the RA number. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
  4. Inspection: Returns are inspected upon receipt. Refunds processed within 14 business days after approval.

3. Refund Methods

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

4. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/video evidence via email.
  • Free replacement or full refund provided.
