How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped with along with it.
What are the delivery charges?
Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT
What is the estimated delivery time?
Inside Dhaka: 1-3 days
Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days
However, the delivery might be delayed based on the political, environmental, transportation or any other unavoidable issues which will be notified by our customer relationship team.
We guarantee your satisfaction with all the platforms of Maxsshoppers. If you receive a damaged or defective item, wrong product, we'll promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you've got returned the damaged or defective product. you'll not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments. Valid reasons to return an item
1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
2. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
3. Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package) - eligible for selected products only
Conditions for Returns
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Maxsshoppers packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
